Kramer Developmentâ„¢ -- UPDATE 3

UPDATE 3:Almost there! First trailer launching then plug-in.

UPDATE 2:Working on thetrailer and all the last bugs fixed. Progress!

UPDATE 1: We are very close to having everything ready! But, I'm not 100% sure we are able to launch just yet! I don't want to miss something small so we are going through our quality control process, and exporting videos. I will keep you posted.

Continued apologies for the delay! We are working tirelessly to make this plug-in rock!

In all seriousness, aversion of theplug-in could have been released on Tuesday... we have an installer ready and everything. But it just wasn't quite there. It was very good. Maybe most people wouldn't have noticed. And I wouldn't have to keep making excuses for it. But alas...

Here's the thing, I probably couldhave released something and moved onbut knowing the importance of these corefeatures would have been abummer to have a version of the plug-in that didn't have them. And because they relate to the core of the plug-in, it wouldn't be an easy V1.1 update thing.

The plug-in was supposed to be pretty simple. And in some ways it is. But the intricacies of the internal algorithm really set it apart. As my development team will tell you, ideas always start simple and thenyou start to think aboutthe possibilities.

Despite the chaos and frustration (including yours!) , the only thought going through my head aftermissing the deadline: "It's going to a take a little longer but wait til they see this!!"

I hope it will be worth it!

We are very close now, we don't usually release anything on weekends Monday is our target!

All Nighter! UPDATED

Our new mystery Plug-in is not quiteready to launch! But almost there!I know, I know...

Once I began working on the tutorial, I realized it neededa few new functions. Even though we are releasing a new free plug-in, it still hasto be good!

I guess I have a bit of a reputation for going over my self-imposed deadlines and it's true. I tend to get comfortable with toolsand begin to see ways to make it better and ittakes time. I tend to push the limits a bit, and I just hope that people appreciate thatwe are releasing things when they are readyand not just because. Obviously we want to be punctual with our releases but if an extra 12-24 hours will make a significant difference, we would rather be known for quality tools than 'crappy tools that come out on time.'

Although I'm getting better at managing my expectations and time it takes to execute...I also love a challenge. Not a good combination.

Right now, we need to do some finaltesting. Then I can finish recording the tutorial. Should be a fun little plug-in once we get it up!

UPDATE 2: Still jamming!! There are no more ends to the candle!! Our programming team is working out some final stuff. I started making a promo video... It's kind of crazy. Not sure how cool the plug-in will be but this promois pretty wild. We are close but there is some insaneamount of work going on right now.

I don't mean to drag it out. I can't help myself...

On another note, what music should I be listening to? I've blown through all my music. There's nothing left!!
