Great Tutorials Mr Kramer!!..

This is the only tutorials I can manage to watch for more than 5 minutes at the time before I start Scrubbing through.
I like the comical reliefs and the side tracking stories that makes tutorials endurable.
Favorite moment is the "one legged duck" too good for humans

Anyway, I know your a busy guy, but if I were to request something it would be a bit more 3D integration and matte stuff.

Just stopping in to let you guys know how much I appreciate all you're doing. The site really makes you feel like you've got an effects support crew right next to you when you need help or even just some cool ideas. Usually, when I'm this thankful, I like to show it by contributing large sums of money or nice cars but I know that you're the kinds of people that couldn't except such material offerings - and that's what I love about Video Copilot! I was literally just sitting in front of the B&H Photo website with my credit card out thinking I could maybe get you guys some real equipment so you could stop relying on disposable cameras and popsicle sticks. And then, again, I realized that Andrew and his people are semi-purists and only use equipment requiring AAA batteries. I know you cant see it but I'm crying inside right now because of your generosity and selflessness... ... please look away.

Man, such a great way to end the year: with a great video

I am confused though, I have not seen every tutorial video so maybe I missed some of those clips, but I didn't recognize some of them from the montage at the end. The scene where Sam attempts to steal the idol (Indiana Jones style) and his burn off. Plus there was a clip of a guy in a greenman suit, and I don't recall seeing that before. Anyone ID them?

I think I've laughed harder during Video CoPilot tutorials than when watching actual comedies. My fav VCP moment (not 2010 specific) was when Andrew announced the birth of his baby and said that one shouldn't waste a minute in life... and then proceeded to play Minesweeper!! LOL!!

Kinda missed the fact that there wasn't a "someone's gotta die" tutorial at the end of October, but we can always hope for next year

Andrew, do you really shoot?

I noticed when you picked up the gun, you were "fingering", a technique used to place your trigger finger off the trigger and along the side of the gun to prevent accidental discharges until you're ready to commit to firing.

Bravisimo. Heck, I've seen triple-AAA movie titles where they always show cops running in with their fingers on the triggers. Most Law Enforcement agencies don't risk that.

And mainly by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. it's just refreshing, and healthy .
I learned a lot from your work, first as a copyist and slowly adapting it to my work.
I don't get every subtle part of the job, but as a new director it helps me knowing about what today's compositing can be.
And it's fun , which is for me a basic for pedagogy ( and i'm not a kid anymore...huh...not sure about that.).
Anyway, what's the next step ?
Sure you can be the next SF/COMIC "top of the pops" director. (not joking there)
