I got my hat today! such a nice hat. I would like to say that the large/x-large size is more like "dang thats a big head" size. I just ordered the small one. now I will have two!

there is no strap on the back but it fits well. i think that for most people that are not sure what size to get you should be good with the small.

...Not crazy about some of the designs....a little too crazy for my taste....Why not a simple back t-shirt, with a simple "Video CoPilot" logo or something. Nothing too flashy or tacky...Kind of like the hat.

Speaking of the hat, how are we supposed to know the hat sizes? Is there any way of comparing them to new era sizes like 7 3/4 etc.
