TShirt contest. Hmmmmmmmm. I'll second that. I thought I have missed the announcement. But it sure looks like it never was announced. ;-( Why its delayed. I remember VC saying you would like to make a best of it so it takes some time . . . which was like 3 months ago or so . . . ??

DUDE! These are very helpful free tutorials, especially in the middle of you working on a paying project. BONUS! How in the heck do you figure out stuff like placing a vector blur above a fast blue to create this type of effect???

I think this tutorial looks fantastic and I really want to try it out combined with a kind of 'bloom transition' on this video I'm doing at the moment. Like many I've been a huge fan of this site for a long time and am always impressed by the quality of new content, this place runs on good vibes and I truly hope that the more impatient posts recently are a result of increased traffic to the new site. Thanks as always for the output.

hey Matthieu, it is almost exactly the same technique as the crater, it doesn't make any difference whether the model is moving or not.

How do you composite 3D footage with real time footage when the 3D footage is animated?
Like the crater... But then with a moving model that walks on the floor!

the left border of this energy-effect is too hard. i guess it's the end of the layer. the effect hast to be extended or faded out.
