especially the roof-kit had flashed me into the world of element 3d. as a cinema4d user, your invention is an ideal tool to save time.

I love the back stories you give to the objects. (A green barrel has seen some action or someone has opened a window and is cooking something smokey.) But I realise now these aren't just frivolous Kramer comments - it really does help set a scene if you've light explanations of what is happening in the periphery, even if it seems irrelevant to the principal action. Many thanks for these lessons.

so I downloaded the file but it isnt showing me the file and the things in it so I cant to anything and my screen is always black on elemts 3d

When I add a "light" I cannot see the Light Source... But I can edit its position. Any way to fix this?

I can never get Elements to work. I follow tutorial when I add supplied 3d rooftop props E3D crashes. Have contacted VCP many times. They tell to send screenshot, which I do. After several weeks I contact them again and they ask me to send screen shot. I send another. This repeats and I never actually get a resolution.

In the original video, when Mr.Sam was standing on the ledge he was casting shadow on the rooftop(the long shot from behind Mr.Sam). How to achieve that?

Now days, most MacBook come with intel graphic card thats not supported for E3d..
Andrew pls make E3d run on intel graphic card.

I think this is great. I love all the tutorials. I'm having a couple of trouble though. First, with the rooftop kit. The issue is with rotating the blade on the AC unit. I don't seem to have the subcomponents. When I add the AC unit to Element there are no pieces and thus no controls for the fan blade.
The second problem is that when I add the camera it pieces all move around and don't stay fixed when I move the camera. What am I doing wrong?

andrew it great i love it. i alway have a problem with my system in installing element 3d but i don't know or is it because my system doesn't have nvidia graphic. it only have hd intel graphic. does it work on hd intel graphic or is only on nvidia graphic?

This is great and I'm genuinely in complete awe of element 3d so far. I'm also so grateful to Mr Kramer for his amazing help. I'm really gutted however to have just find out whilst trying to complete this tutorial that I can not use lighting with it due to me using a mac and therefore an intel graphics card which is unsupported. Seeing as it's pretty much out of the question to change graphics card on a mac am I simply out of luck on this? Seems odd that mac users are left out in the cold so to speak.

I am watching You since 2007, and all these years I wanted You to make one tutorial - how to add correctly the sound into the project! So the sound came from a particular place in 3D space - like 3D sound in earphones.
For example : how to add the sound of rapidly approaching train that is going towards You and maybe a bit to the right side?
And not just 3D sound - but how correctly add all sound kind of effects
