Later today we will be releasing the behind the scenes video for our Demon Cam film. Now along the way, we tried to film everything that went into the production, unfortunately some scenes didn't make the cut.

Well actually I didn't like it. 
The main reason is you had the opportunity to do some kind of real MORPHING, to make a smooth transition between your 2 "states".
I wonder if it's possible to do real morhping with AE.
(not a lame crossfading)
I don't think anyone uses the traditional morhping tecniques. Who remembers "Elastic Reality" etc.

Would've been hilarious if you'd made the cameraman (pretending there is one) die, thereby selling the 'real bullets' effect.

Andrew, some electric razors come with a plug in try it, comes with a free sound effect, brzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzz br zzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzz,
you get a nice particular effect in the sink after,
your beard is just a nested composition,
etc.......

hi,Mr. Kramer. I'm from China. And it quite sucks that we can't see youtube or vimeo here in China(blocked by our government) which means we can not watch your awsome stuff if you publish them on youtube(like demon cam)
So, could you please bring it inside your site like the tutorials?
