Aw, poor Sam! You've turned him into the Star Wars Kid, tripped him, turned him into a demon, made him cry inside a car, put bugs under his skin, frozen him, run him over, cut his face, put him inside an Iron Man, and now disintegrated him. Keep it coming!

I think before you disintegrate Sam, you should make him turn into the monster-zombie he was a while back in the Demon-Face episode....then zap him and watch him disintegrate....MWAHAHAHAHAH....(Sorry Sam....but it's so much fun watching Andrew torture you onscreen)

When I read the title of the post I thought it meant Sam was leaving videocopilot... i almost cryed! Phew, Thank God thats not the case, he's only going to get disintegrated

For all of you who do not approve that Sam will be destroyed in the disintegration tutorial I have solution.
just play tutorial backwards and we will be creating Sam from nothing, than perhaps we can make small army of Sams clones just in case for future tutorials

hello, i've been visiting this site for a really long time, but this is the first time i have ever posted on here. I'm just trying to switch it up. I don't have anything important to say really... but Andrew Kramer is extremely helpful with his After Effects Tutorials. I know a dude that tried to help me with learning After Effects and well yea, he was about as useful as the back row of a singing choir. Ok, enough of my randomness.

Andrew I thought I would share one of the many ways I have found to challenge both myself and other AE users. Usually when you post a preview for a new tutorial I immediately begin to figure out how to acheive that before the tutorial arrives as a challenge tp myself. One I'm exauhsted on ideas or better yet manage to pu it off I the. Watch the tutorial to see how close I was, or even better find another way to do it.
I think you should have a competition for this type of thing and post hints on each one.
Just a thought keep up the good work. Also how can we get ahold of Final Image for VFX work?

Also I was reading Wired magazine and there was a piece where JJ Abrams mentions how he loves VC (I could send a scan of it). He also said that he was so impressed that he hired you to do the Fringe intro AND the star trek one!! Did you make the intro to the new star trek film? Is this true mr. Kramer?

Please reconsider, can you use a stunt double, or a dummy...... heck even a lawyer to disintegrate? I mean poor Sam, he has been hit by a truck, had bugs crawl under his skin, and committed suicide by sucking in the brown wind of doom. C'mon just think about it
