It seems there is a lot of interest in the new CS4 so I've been spending some time making demos for a few of the new features. I'll post some stuff when I get a chance, I've been working on several new projects including a new DVD planned for November and the second part of the Meteor series. Until then...

anychance of some more tutorials with text effects,would be great if you could show how you made the text for the meteor tutorial, looks similar to the making it look great tutorials, nice effect.

Is the new DVD gonna be Action Movie Essentials II? I remember a blog from last year saying you were gonna start shooting footage for it in spring.

ive heard some news about the integration with discreet mocha software , will it be the solution for real 3d integration and stabilize footage?
New DVD, Yay! Cant wait, thanks for everything you do Andrew, i reckon when after effects starts to load on computers, it should have a picture of u instead of the actual purple box, Thanks Andrew!

weird, i just saw an icon of 3d crater but when i clicked an error was encouter (404 Error).

With all respect, i think Andrew you shouldn't tell specific things when you are anyway gonna postpone them..it just makes us all anxious and this is not the first time already. 
i know you r busy and etc,etc, but just use expressions "soon", "very soon", you know

I really really hope that the new up and coming stuff is going to focus on Boujou 4 tracking. That would be incredible.
I really want to see the new dynamic link from Premiere to After Effects and if it actually works smoothly. In the past we've had dynamic link from AE to Premiere....Efficient Dynamic Link has been a long time coming and I'm really excited about the revamped version but also skeptical.

hes tutorials are basicly the best promotion adobe could get.
if you watch all the normal tutorials people think its just for some commercials. watching tutorials on videocopilot it looks like you can make your own superhero movie.

This might be off topic, but I've noticed all the thumbs on the home page and all round the site have been touched up (enhanced) <> Things overall on the site are looking awesome, thanks for keeping us entertained and inspired all this time.
PS, be prepared for a small server crash when the new dvd comes out, the pilgrims are already at your door with their sickles and hoes... (open to interpretation)

i think andrew is getting AE for free from adobe. after all he makes hollywood type of tutorials.

BluRay discs are $15-35 per disc, and the write speed at the moment is very slow.

I'd imagine it's purely a cost/time issue and when it is affordable we'll start seeing VideoCopilot products on BluRay discs.

Sounds cool ... Very keen to find out about CS4's new features from Andrew's point of view. Also can't wait for the rest of the meteor or this DVD ... nice !

Yes i can't wait to see the boujou tutorial i really want to learn how to make 3D tracking to crate some awesome effects.
