Hi Andrew

what you do in this tutorial is great. But do you think that we can use another software to bring 3d objects in to after effect without using element 3d and interact with all the effects we use on the after effect.

Hi Andrew,

I want to create a video on difference between blogs and websites on YouTube. http://www.mybloggertricks.com/2011/11/5-major-differences-between-blog-and.html

I just want your advise what would you advise from a professional point of you. Shall I create a video with scrolling text to describe the differences or my own voice at the background as audio. What do you think will attract viewers more.

Love all your tutorials. Thank you so much!

What program do you use? I'm using the Adobe effect cs5 but it's quite different with your program, I don't have a Random effect at the very first to make a round circle..

How can I edit the segments of an object in element V.2.2?
Casey Hunter
6:15 he adjusts the scale and it adds more or less segments to it. More settings are toyed with here, but you can mess with them yourself if you have the plugin (i don't *sadface*)

Hey Andrew, can you please make a tutorial about the flying effect used in Man of Steel when he's doing his first flight with all those particles moving around and dust. https://youtu.be/VlINHSnUx9k?t=111 I'm interested only in the take off. I'm asking you because I could't find a proper tutorial anywhere and your tutorials are very easy to follow. Please, if you have time. Thanks

Is it possible to export the state of a Element 3D object into an OBJ file? Like, after creating an interesting twisted design out of the sphere, is there a way to export that design into it's own separate OBJ file for use in other things?

Hi Andrew,
I don't have a very big budget but i just bought E3D, and I LOVE it. My question is; which do you like better, Pro Shader 1 or 2 and motion design 1 or 2.
I only have the resources for 2 packs and I want to get a proshader and a motion design. Which do you suggest

Unique tutorial, as always! I was just wondering, are you going to post VFX tutorials anytime soon? Most of your recent videos have been more about motion graphics, which is cool, but we'd also like to see element 3D V2 used with real footage. Just to make us more aware of what it can do.

Best Wishes,

Will

Great tutorial, Andrew. Quick question: in the scene setup, how did you make the wireframes on the sphere appear so thick? By default they seem very thin?

Excellent visuals as usual Andrew, beautiful. Can we get a 3D composition tutorial, something that goes into color and lighting schemes in after effects that mesh well with E3D and has tips and tricks on 3D camera movement and depth of field. E3D has just introduced me into the 3D world so I'm very new at it. A tutorial like this would be much appreciated.

I assume you can add a 'audio spectrum effect' to the deformation of the 3d object? How would one go about doing that? When you were talking about the deform, I immediately thought of #143 Advanced Spin FX tutorial. Thank you!!!!

Now you need to create a tutorial teaching us how to integrate this elements that you create in Element 3D in the real life! For example: How to create a slimy creature coming out of the sewers! Or something...
How to unite the movements of an actor with the movements of a sword created in Element 3D.

In short! Things like that!
