I’ve seen a lot good ones in the forum, I think this “not contest” is a great idea.
As Al Delcy said a dynamic changing banner would be great.

Hey Andrew this is a really nice idea. A few of us vfx artists use a site called VFX student which helps students improve the skills and get advice from vfx experts.

I will make a banner for you and i’ll post it within this week.

From what I can tell, there are 20-30 excellent banner choices to choose from…

Since we’re on the subject, I really think you should have a jQuery slider since you have some many products on the homepage. Something full width like the Hootsuite would be cool.
