Hey Andrew, I think you need to add something to your blog. When your new and you make a demo reel, DON’T take these tutorials as they are and fill your demo reel with them. Use the skills from them to make something original like it’s part of a commercial or indi flick.

Andrew, this is great.
When next part?

hello andrew. I think that you forgot the add smoke efx in composting this shot… m i right? plz tell me…love u andrew

Awesome tutorial

Awesome as allways!!

Cool tutorial, very impressive.

waiting for the next part …

There are severel test u had done in this tutorial. I like the most is when the lightning strikes immediately Sam explodes.Thats creates a great impact. What do you say.

Too cool… I can’t wait to play with the blood splatters…mwahahahaha….I am already thinking of cool ways to use this technique in another type of footage.

lightning never strikes the same place twice? I guess Sam is the exception to the rule XD

by Luther Hadley

Hey Andrew

You know i would keep and eye on Sam one of these days he just might snap and blow everybody up .. you know your almost at 100 tutorials and Sam get’s the short end of the stick . I think you should at least make Sam save the day …. or have a contest and see what we can come up with I’m sure the community can come up with good ideas

Just give us green screen footage of Sam running and footage of you too .. lol You should make a Army of Sam chasing you .. or even better let Sam do a tutorial … with you tie up in the background … lol playing a guitar

what do you think .. just shout me out .. ok ..

Andrew! That was amazing, man! I wanna see the second part!! I can’t wait!! :) ;)

Cheers from Argentina.

another usfefull use of AE2 while waiting for part 2.

Sweet!

What about a lighting reflection in the puddle below Sam? So much attention to detail, but no reflection? Sorry for being so picky, this is still better than anything I’ve ever seen before. Thanks for the tut as always, you’re the best!

I’ll always re-watch your tutorials because there are thousands of tips to always get refreshed on. Thank you, the collapse transformation tip was always something I wanted to know but always worked around it in a more complicated way… VC, just making things easier!

Tutorial left me (and Sam) speechless!. Can’t wait for Part two!

Thanks! And keep up the great work

Hey Andrew, Great tut, just wondering if you could share with my the name of the camera you are using? Best of luck with everything, keep it up.

I really enjoy your work! Greetings from Holland and keep up te good work!

Thanks.

It a very Exciting Tutorial !!!! Mr. Andrew
