Darren said it. A tutorial on the design of the DVD case. But why not do an AE version of the blending techniques for video AND a print version at the end. Say, a AE and Photoshop tutorial. Moving to a complete cycle notion.

I’m getting the hang of the Adobe Encore workflow with Premiere and Photoshop now, and would love to see a PS -> AE -> Premiere -> Enc complete project. After all, that’s what it seems we’re doing.

I didn’t do the editing, just the motion graphics. My company also did the motion graphics and live feeds for the concert that is shown in the vid, where I got to film Charlie Murphy up close and personal!

Why is everyone asking how to make the 3D DVDs? I mean, they look nice and all, but you creating them is only a ripoff. Come up with something new. That’s the whole point of all of this, so you can use your own creativity combined with Andrew’s techniques to create something truly amazing.

those dvd cases aren’t in any way an Andrew Kramer original idea… (maybe in 3ds max)..

most companies selling software based products create box art… I’m just tired of making Photoshoped Box Art… I thought it would be cool to get the 3ds max project file, cause I still do not know my way around that program.. just when i found this site a couple years ago.. I feel like andrew has been holding my hand all these years… and this site is a great place to learn AE..

There just isn’t another great site like this for amazing products and tutorials for other apps..

@Dustin on your original 3dsMAX DVD which I’m sure you purchased, is many tutes on object creation. You’ll be able to create a CD/DVD cover in no time…
