I tried importing a PSD with 2 layers but AE doesnt understand it.. In AE its just 1 layer and i cant do anything like you do... Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Hey i tried this effect it worked cool on a test video

then later i tried to make it on a full video of my own pictures of 20 secs only

whn i try to export it into AVI

all i get is a 2GB file for 20 sec video

moreover the video is just a GREEN screen

help me out here plz
