hi, I would need some help. Looking for an input on how to make some water particles. Like in the ocean planktons and stuff. (Im guessing dust and stuff like that would also be cool) Please, reply if you have a tutorial or a project...

Hey I feel like I'm just missing something obvious, but I can't get my text to animate to the blur like you do around 3:20. I repeated it about a hundred times, but my text doesn't react to the blur effect. I have no clue why. Any suggestions?
