Congratulations for this website, is the bible for the new generation in the world of posproduction. I did this tutorial a few days ago, and this is the result: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xgTodgdCBs (the original was in 16:9, I don´t know why Youtube reconvert in 4:3) And one more thing: A group of friends have a webserie, here in Spain, called "Malviviendo" ("Badliving"), the website is: www.malviviendo.com, I do the making of and some support in postproduction of the two last episodes(there is only a guy for all postproduction), sometimes your tutorials save our lifes, thank you Andrew! By the way, some televisions like FOX (FOX Spain) are interest in Malviviendo, maybe you can see it in the future in the international tv. I'm going to graduate in December and I need to make a demo reel. Your tutorials will help me out a lot. Thanks Andrew! by Thibor 10/16/2009 Hey Andrew, hey guys. I'm just trying out this tutorial but a problem occured. From the moment of switching the Light Transmission to 100%, my image gets totally blurry. Well, in fact, it's out of focus and the only way to get it sharp is, to put it right on the same plane as the background. But by doing so, the whole concept of projection gets lost. What I dont understand: Why is my image out of focus although the camera option of DOF is disabled? Even when I change the focal plane of the camera to the image plane it doesn't change. Is there anyone here, who can help me getting out of this disaster? best regards, thibor. by Thebearrorist 10/16/2009 Hey, I tried making this same scene but I used pictures in 3d space without camera mapping and had the same results.
