Please release a vehicle pack. It's been a long time since this tutorial and people would buy it.

You mention a future vehicle pack -- gaining on six years since this tutorial was made, but is there any move toward offering a 3D pack with rigged motor vehicles such as motorcycles, cars, trucks, and perhaps, even semi trucks and trailers to use in Element 3D?

And, maybe boats and warships, too?

Thanks!

Could this method be adapted to work with a Steam Train? I have already animated a version in 3ds Max but it could only go in a straight line.

Orignal Project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3A59Crf-5iA

Will experiment some more with E3D but hopefully should have something much more impressive in the coming months.

Thanks so much andrew for the amazing tutorials, iv learned everything from you.
BTW i think the vehicle needs to be color corrected to the tint of the bg, its too black while the whole bg is tinted with a green blue.

After detaching wheels in 3dsMax, take a wheel unwrap-UVs again (make a separate single png map file then make its four copies... place where needed... before exporting now give 4 different materials to each (just diffusion color), now export it altogether with car.. see the results now

This is amazing! Although unfortunately i can't as of yet afford Maya or any of the other 3d modelling tools. Would it, by any chance, be possible to create a vehicle pack for Element 3D, as some of the stuff I have seen is very impressive

Quick Note
Andrew - your animation is excellent. There was one thing that kept it from looking 100% realistic. I had to watch it a couple of times before I figured it out. The headlights on the road do not move forward and backwards as the suspension rocks the vehicle when coming to the complete stop. I think if you corrected this, you would have a "perfect" cgi.

Hope you will have real cars on the car model pack, like the Nissan skyline R34, there may be a problem with copyright but the police car you used was a Ford so maybe its ok to use.
