You have to make it yourself.
When I created the shatter pre-comp and placed it on top of the text pre-comp, it looked exactly how it should look like, the concrete shattered down and the text was revealed. I don't know why Andrew had to go through all that stuff afterwards...

Adjusting all the falling dust opacities at once was a terrible idea, though. Doing them separately and letting them last just for a few frames renders for a much better result and it only takes a couple of minutes.
Using a "rough" font works great too, since the inherent alpha adds perfectly to the whole crumbling effect.

pretty sweet stuff. however, I didn't like that they added an outward force to it. i think it looks better with just a straight fall.
