Have tried this tutorial maybe 25 times now. Have given up. Blaming my computer on this because I now know every step in my sleep and still can´t get it to work.

This video is sooo great thanks a lot. I learnt a lot. But I have an issue I can't really work out and found nowhere the solution. My problem is when Andrew hits top view, he also sees the particles from the top view angle, BUT when I hit top view, I see the particles from the exact same angle as in active camera view, so I can't move on with many project because of this. I believe it's just an adjustment, but I can't find it. Can someone help? Thanks in advance, Peter.

i have the same problem, i reviewed the tutorial countless times but i can't figure it out :( i DID create the camera but when i switch between views i see the particles always from the same perspective (the one of the active camera)

That's probably because you have not created a camera.

From what I can understand, you can see the same thing in Active Camera as you can see in Top View. What me it means, your camera is in Top Position. Does it happens only in this tutorial or is that all the time?

I'm having the same problem. Also, when i create the null and new camera in the shadow comp it gives the particles a new position (doesn't actually change the seed value).
