Very good tutorial.
Andrew, if you actually read these comments, one thing i found to look good, was if you alt click on the flare centre and pickwip it to the camera position, it makes a nice moving flare.

by Hurricane.de 05/20/2008
Hi guys (especially Andrew, dont know wether you have time to read comments on your tuts :D anyway videocopilot is the most powerfull page for AE tutorials)

I just googled a bit because i'm one of those, who have some problems with that plugins, too. I already know that CC Particular world isn't a free Plugin. That doesn't matter imo in fact that these lines are more important than that particles. The bigger Problem is Bezier Warp, which is needed to create that lines.
I know that the AE7 Pro contains Bezier Warp, CS3 may contain it too, but i only own AE 7. Is there any free alternative plugin that does nearly the same?

It would be nice if somebody could tell me the name of a plugin that is similar to Bezier Warp.
Greetings from Germany :)
by Malte 05/18/2008
Hey Andrew,
this fractal-noise-stuff is really nice. Thank you for expanding my horizon ;)

Greetings from Germany.
by Oldarney 05/08/2008
Great and all, but how the hell do you achieve the same effect on some other back ground. it dosent work without dropping the brightness. this is an intriguing problem.
by John Baxter 05/07/2008
I think you are the most helpful man on the internet. You're always providing top tutorials with effects that everyone can use.

I don't know if you'll read this, however I do use your project files as a template, of course I don't always like to use some textures and certain colours or fonts, but they are similar to what you make, cause you make such awesome effects.

Many many thanks Andrew.
by str33ts0cc3r 05/06/2008
