You are absolutely true with that. He is like the brian cox of AE. Seriously, that guy can talk about anything and make it interesting and let me learn it.

I love the way you teach. your way of telling and guiding through every step is just so smooth and easy that it makes everything a piece of cake to learn. i've just started using AE and i believe i've wasted 24yrs of my life doing nothing. I wish i would've started AE long before. Never the less i'm grateful to you. because now that i'm getting into post production. i'm sure i can use some handy tips and tutorials from you. Thanks for such a great website and great plugins.

The 'float' actually refers to the fact that the pixel values for each channel are stored as floating point numbers, not as integers as in 8 or 16 bit per channel images.
