Hi, I'm basically do the same thing as what you are doing, but my AE runs quite choppy...~my computer is quite new so I think it must be a softeware setting problem~any help from you guys?

I have to agree with everyone... this tutorial is awesome. I've been trying to design a logo animation somewhat like this incorporating the textual 3D effects in my logo but it looked off somehow especially the proportions of it. Finally, I decided to use the professional design services of an online logo design site instead (http://www.logodesignstation.com) and got the design I wanted at an affordable price and fast too, within 24 hours. I did provide this link for reference and inspiration to my designer as I liked how yours look. I'm not going to design anything without any professional help anytime soon although it's fun. Your site is awesome, by the way. And the effect is explosive!

Well.. i think this is a very nice and useful tutorial, but i really thought it was about to create the evolution logo from the promo. but i think it's nice. and another question. could you make a tutorial from the promo, when the flourish goes to all sides, and up in the air? hope you understand

Echospace is a wonderful compliment to Evolution.
It allows the growth of the flourishes to move in 3D space very nicely. Add a camera with keyframed
DOF and it becomes a whole nother monkey.

Hey, i don't know exactly how to get a hold of you guys, but i have an idea for the site. I have watched the tutorials. Sinse there were about nine or so up. But a problem that i run into a lot is the loading time on the movies. i can watch some of the tutorials and then will have to pause it for five minutes or so so that it can load up. If you gave the viewers the option of viewing a text version of the tutorials, it would be easier and quicker. Another reason why it would be better is so that you can follow along on another computer that doesn't have an internet connection. Also, you would not have to look at the video again if you have questions on what to do while you're making your movies.

Awesome, i bought the evolution dvd as well .. and im already using it for a school project .. but i sort of run into a problem here .. i have some steady cam walk and i sort of wanna project the designs on the wall so that they really look like they were drawn on the wall. but for some reason they seam to be floating ... why dont u make a tutorial to show us how to motion track them into real footage on x,y AND z axis

once again another amazing tutorial. I ran across your site when i was in iraq, just learning the basics of After Effects. I'm planning on starting a Video Buisness, and when i first started with After Effects i couldnt even figure out how to get the video to play in the main window. I was looking at some of your light streaks and light stroke tutorials. What if you combined those streaks and stroke organicly - like if they were coming out of the chest of a human.
And what about objects flying around a human. Like a fly or an surreal object.

Wow, this looks pretty amazing. I kept trying to figure out how I could do it on my own, for free, but I don't know how I'd animate the expanding of the patterns since they overlap. It looks so cool! Congratulations, this is awesome!
