Wow! I looks so easy when you do it. I am going slightly mad here in Sweden because for instance when I make a new effects grid layer it directly disappears when I click anywhere, also when I create a new camera...I can´t move it before it goes away. Ideas?

Great Tutorial Andrew..
This could make a great movie..

Imagine this..

A ball of energy generates it self in some dark back alley.
And inside it, is a man.. Except... it is not really a man, but its a machine sent back in time..

they could seriously make a movie here.. LOL.

Thanks for the great tutorials. I wanna say I love you!
By the way,as when creating "sucking paticles" there is no "options" option in CS5.5(at least the one that I use), right? My guess is these options are spreaded in other titles. For floor->ice choice I go to physics->floor->floor action->ice.

hello andrew...very good tut but i have a suggestion...plss make a tut on how to morph someone or morph a still..please.
James
07/04/2011
You need special software or a special plugin to do that really well. You can cheat it just by using AE, but you would really really have to be good and it would take a lot of rendering power and time. Uses a lot of masks, etc. I suggest the plugin, "RE:Flex Morph" by RE:Vision but it isn't free.

Like Chazz, I too can't see the grid in CC Particle World. I'm also in CS5. I know it's probably an easy fix; I just can't find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I love the tutorials and have learned so much!

Thank you!
James

Under the drop down tabs in the Effects Controls panel, the first tab will be Grid & Guides. 5th down the list in that tab will be a checkbox for "Grid" and that will give you what you need.

You can find these options in the effects-properties window. This properties were added to it. So you don´t need the option window of cc particle world in CS5 and CS5.5.

When I create the camera layer, the particle world grid disappears, unlike in the tutorial, so I can't position it.

The box is checked in the effects panel too.
