Best regards, Fabien Lesbordes by seven 10/17/2009 your are the best thx for all by AJ Evans 10/14/2009 Andrew, Man, you are the bomb, dude. This material is absolutely brilliant. Your tutorials are awesome, even if they are a bit paced when you're trying to get started. But, you have done such an amazing job and you are very entertaining while you teach which keeps the viewer drawn in and lessons the monotony that most video tutorials seem to keep standard. You've managed to take the magic of movie making and bring it to the people. We are about to start shooting our first music videos and this material is exactly what I needed to add that something to the videos that make them soemthing I am proud to be a part of now which is why I have never thought about them before. I am a self-financed artist and don't like cheesey products, so I didn;t bother making videos until I had something in place to make them into mini-movies. Hats off for the work you and your coworkers have created and to you as an vert capable tutor, not to mention being cute as Hell. Forever, greatful. It's really an amazingly powerful piece of software and with all of your help it has become even greater. I work for a nonprofit that uses technology to help the underserved youth population in our area. We teach video editing and film production and I have to say, this product and your training will allow us to bring another facet of video to their world. Thank you. Thanks again Andrew! by Dutta 09/21/2009 hey andrew....nice job once more....i wish to examine ur brain sometimes..... :p to Leon subject [08/29/2009 Hi Andrew, Fantastic as always! Question, (I hope I don't sound too much like a noob), how do you make this effect start out from the center of a subject, for example, a vampire stabbed through the heart will start 'blowing up' from the point of entry of the stake? Thanks so much, Leon] i went throught the comments and found that andrew used a greenscreen...(slow net connection...:p) well..that means u can have a matte of Sam..i think if the Effect is used on a normal layer with an animating circular mask...and a track matte of sam...i think Sam can be placed at the end of stake!!!:p i ddnt try it though...just thinkin out loud... cheers... by Bill 09/20/2009 I am a bus driver by day and a bedroom effects artist by night. However, unfortunately, once you turn the "Displacement" adjustment layer back on, you get said error. by Barry Brimley 06/28/2009 Hey. For some reason I'm getting an error when I attempt to add "Curves" to the "Hot Stuff" layer. I'm using AE 7 Professional. Every time I add the curves effect to the hot stuff adjustment layer, I get an error that reads... "After Effects error: Curves returned invalid max_results_rect from PF_Cmd_SMART_PRE_RENDER ( 25 :: 237 )" by Nguyen Viet Dung 06/28/2009 Ohhhhhh I'm come from Viet Nam Thanks. You are my hero. ^ ^ by Mahamaniak 06/28/2009 Really excellent !
