Thank you Andrew!

Your tutorials have made my post skills SOOO much more valuable. At one of my previous jobs I was the only one who knew anything about Motion 3. One of the other editors at my latest gig introduced me to Video Copilot and I now have no reason to go back to Motion.

Quick question tho - What determines whether you're going to move attributes to a new comp or leave them?

Thanks again for doing your thing,
Les Armistead

Great tutorial, I'm pretty good at following your steps for an amateur. However I want to do this exact same thing with psilocybin mushrooms as the effect.
I think I'll try again with a new picture of shrooms to start out.

Thanks for all your hard work, you're a boss!

If you wanted to use a null object to animate the camera, could you not just name the null object "Camera 1" or does it not work that way?
Devan
04/13/2010
great tutorial, love the plug-in. love everything about the site really.

I was wondering if you (or anyone else who might know) had a good work-around for this when using null objects to animate the camera.

you mention it only works when the camera itself is animated, but I'm working in a comp with several complex camera moves that are impossible without null objects.

maybe it's just not possible, but I figured this was worth a shot.

thanks!

Great Preset! It would be great too if you can add a "Blur Falloff" with the same technique, i think that a Fast Blur effect will be more render friendly than the built in the camera, but if not it can apply a lens blur for a "bokeh".
Thanks for the great stuff Andrew!

Last December upgraded my Premiere Pro CS3 to CS4 Suite, asked where I could go to help me learn After Effects, was given Video Copilot and all the stuff is amazing.

I'm a old man not a young wiper-snapper like you guys, makes me think there is hope for our country!

Andrew Kramer does a amazing job teaching and your products are first class already purchased Designer Sound FX and want Pro Scores, this is a way of the future giving quality products at a fair price along with exceptional instruction.

Thanks You
