Have just finished this tutorail. Everything worked sweet as but I dont understand why I got this big as green X on the layer with the CC Ball FX. Its off the plugin. Any solution to this prob. Chur

Thanks again for another great tutorial, I'm just having one small problem. Instead of the logo appearing as the time goes forward, it stays static then starts to disappear instead of being revealed. Any clue what I'm doing wrong here? I've followed the tutorial through step by step like 5 times now with the same results. Thanks man!

Awesome tutorial! One suggestion though: you could precompose the text layer at the beginning of the project that way you could use any name or comparably sized graphic by editing said comp without having to do the whole thing over again.

Nice tutorial as always. I had a thought though for curious minds. Instead of making the layers 1 frame long or using a script to offset them by 1 frame, you can overlap them by a duration 1 frame less than the length of the layer. Yeah?

I have the sollucion , i've had a simular problem , and you can fix it by typing keybord (in the search box in ae) and the downloading the keyed up software.(wich alows you to change your keybord prefs).

then yust run the script in ae and that's all :)

I have a problem with one thing.
At 10:05 u press ,,athyning,, nad aftert that movie the brown ,,text tittle,, is far away than red.

I dont know what to press then my red is under the brown but on same place :/ then i cannot continue.... what now?

I can't get past the alt begin and alt end brackets. The keyboard short cuts are different on the Mac so now I'm lost..

@Michelle: extend the 25 layers out to the end of your comp, or the end of whenever you want them to go away, and make sure they all stop at the same point. Andrew does this but does not say it like it is a step.

Hi andrew!! i find your tutorials amazing, but i am having a little issue with this one. The result you get on 8:15 is not what i get. All my compositions are at the exact same place. not a different time from the original animation that we did. I've followed your steps OVER and OVER again to make sure i didnt do anything wrong and i keep getting it the same way. I dunno if its because im using CS4. I tried continuing on to see if maybe later it would fix itself but the result i get is that from the middle the set of rings start moving until it makes the image then it starts to disappear from the middle outwards.. and thats not what happens to you... can u please help me.. i really want to do this effect.

Getting that X across my screen on renders. Anyone resolve that patterning of the dots? He touches on it in the tutorial but a solution is never addressed (he thought it was the resolution of the preview but that did not fix it).
