I'm a little confused, I notice in the tutorial, the preset, "day for night" is in the folder Animation presets/video copilot/day for night.

I have cycore yet i do not see a subfolder called video co-pilot in the animation presets, which is where, in your tutorial, the "day for night" preset is located.??????

am i missing something????

is this tutorial actually for a Video co-pilot preset that utilizes cycore????
the way i'm understanding the video, the "day for night" preset is already in the cycore
Soooo i be thinking although it wasn't articvulated that way, in order for the Video-copilot preset called "day for night" to work, one must have cycore.

i cant find a preset called day for night. mayhap i'm running an older version of cycore?

Ok, went through all my presets and finally found soem Cycore presets BUT no Day2Night or anything similar... mine lists :

CCKernalBlur, CCKernalEdges, CCKernalSharp, KernalTLEmboss, SobelHorizontal, SobelVertical.

:(

How about making your own preset and throwing it on a DVD :) I would buy it (will probably buy your next DVD anyways lol)

Ok. This for all the folks like me who just couldnt find the missing CC plugins. To restore these plugin you must install the third party Cycore Effects that comes with Your Adobe Installation Disc. Also Adobe online help (AE>Help>Online Support) tells you exactly how to do this.

dummies... hehe he said in the tutorial that you must have the Cycore effects installed... pay atention to the tutorial haha arent you watching? the error means after effects is telling you he cant use andrews great preset because its based on the CC plugin. Install that and it will all work just fine. PEACE

Andrew answered you question in the tutorial... You need Cycore FX HD installed on your computer... It comes with After Effects Professional. You can also buy it from http://www.cycorefx.com/
