need advice on what ups backup to get

So I just got my new computer from main gear and since I spent a god aweful amount of money and live in the damn lightning capital of the world I figure, time for a UPS backup. But I am not sure which to get, I really do not need much time, more just enough time to save and shut down.

System Specs: Well for the laptop I am on now it is an intel core i7 4500 1.8 ghz 2.40 ghz 8 gb of ram 64 bit os with a nvidia geforce gt 745m.
