The single one I use the most is "big drum" - it's a great way to end any high-energy piece.

The best swish I think is the "golden gleam", which has a nice sound to it.

I dont use just one. I use the best one.... for the project. :)

First of all try not spam with "come on" or something. Secondly I think that in a collection like that you should use the sound wich fits most in the scene not just because you like it. This happens a lots of times in this industry. For example I did a very good presentation and stuff but I had to throw it in the trash because it was missing some of more important elements like communication or stuff like that. Also a free tip for you: when you like a sound but it doesn't fit quite well because of the speed or you just want to add some randomness to some repetitive sounds try alter the lenght of the track by some milliseconds. You will obtain a very good result.

I definately use the swisches the most.. Their great for title animations.. or any animations ..
they amplify motion ... great stuff
