Is there any other option?

Postby sean444 on 07/25/2012, 2:14 pm

Hello everyone. I just purchased Element 3D, installed it, and I was geared up to use it... then I got the message that my video card is not sufficient enough. I have Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD as my video card. Is there anything I can do? I've read that it's literally impossible to switch a video card for laptops... do I have any options, or is it literally hopeless ||-<

I was super excited to use Element 3D, I bought the $249.00 bundle, and running into this problem is quite depressing. If anyone has anything.. any help, I'll take it. Thank you very much!

I think you are up a creek buddy... this software is very Graphics card dependent, so you have to have the right hardware. :(

Hey Sean!

I believe your graphics card may not be supported. Contact us at support@videocopilot.net , and please send us your full computer system specs so we can determine this. We can gladly offer you a full refund if this is the case.

Thanks!

Thank you, Dustin! I just sent support an email. I've been craving to use Element 3D after seeing all the Tutorials, and this issue is just a big downer...
