Using Element 3D for Pre-rendered sale

Postby JesseDouglas on 07/19/2012, 11:38 pm

I have a good question..

What about using Element 3D with my own .obj and animating comps for sale on my OWN website for Camtasia, iMovie, movie maker, serif, avid studio user and so on. Basically the crowd that don't use After Effects or Final Cut.?

Because its a plug-in using my own elements would that be alright considering the end user agreement?

Hi Jesse,

"You cannot pre-render or flatten images created with the Product using Content or other stock media to
offer for sale to third parties."

This is from our 3D Products License Agreement which can be found here:

Check out section three specifically. Thanks!
