Lets say I want to use a video as my texture,
1. I first created a mask the size of the comp and then auto-traced it
2 Then I made the auto trace my custom mask
3. I then made my video layer a custom texture map
4. I launched Element and and extruded the auto trace maskd and chose the custom map as my video layer
5. I can see the video on my extrusion model however, it is cutting off the bottom of the video.
Is there a way to adult the video to center or move it around on the 3D object?

You could try to play with the UVW-Parameters in the Texture-Settings panel in E3D scene setup.

I went through this!
You can adjust the UV setting but the easier way I found was to precomp the video layer into a *square* composition, (eg 1280x1280,720x720 etc etc as appropriate), and adjust this, as it is what will be shown in Element3d

Hope this helps ;)
