Is possible to export a low ploy and painted model in ZBrush and send into Element?
Is there a tutorial out there somewhere?...

As long as the model is an OBJ

I'm dealing with an issue with this as well in this topic.

For the last day or so, I've been running tests to understand how E3D imports OBJ normals and have come to a stalemate.

I've created my UVs, texture maps, and OBJ. I import into Element and tried both "From Model" and "Auto Normals". When I select auto normals, the shaders inside E3D work fine, however my texture maps that I've exported from Zbrush don't align. For reference, here the demo head exported out of zbrush into Keyshot to show proper mapping:

However when I bring this into E3D, I get the following result:

I know that Zbrush vertically flips the mapping for displacement which I corrected by exporting a "Flip V" version. But this mapping seems to import not only sideways, but also backwards and somehow inside out.

I'm going to play with other projection types, but without the congruent normals being imported from Zbrush to E3d, I'm wondering if I need to just build materials in E3D and then just do any special mapping as a motion track or something.

Any thoughts? I'm not quite ready to bother support with this, but would love some community insight into successes and failures.

Thanks so much!
