color displacement

hi guys

I am playing with AE and some videos, stucked somewhere ||-< ,
colors change in oral B_logo at time of displacement.

Need ur help, kindly resolve soon.

That video is literally one second long and impossible to see what you're talking about

I m talking only about the logo color that is changing from cyan blue to fluidy displaced colors.
The words even get blurred n merge.

Unlikely an After Effects creation. The effect that you're talking about is different wavelengths of light refracting differently in water. Some high-end renderers do that physically accurately. In AE it can be roughly simulated by RGB splitting, i.e. displacing each of the R, G and B channels by a different amount.

To piggy back off this. Red Giant recently released a chromatic displacement effect. I have been doing something like this on my own for about two years where I use a B&W displacement map and then use that map as a mask for the chromatic aberration. All I do, and this is a very lazy method, is use levels to separate the RGB channels, put them all on add, and then scale one color layer by 100.6%. You can precomp your text this way to achieve this effect.
