Smoke effect on Titles?

Hey folks
This might be a silly question but in the "New Plug-in: SABER + Tutorial! 100% Free" tutorial video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_cont ... eSXGxkyr0k). There this smoke effect on titles (0:29, 0:36 and 0:39) any idea how the smoke has been made? AE built in Particles or stock footage?

This being a VCP product, almost certainly with Action Essentials footage.

Saber is prettty robust...it can make smoke if you play with the settings...no good presets though
