How to achive this effect, commonly used

Hi, I've seen this effect in lots of video this days and I want to know is there a tutorial or easy explanation on how to do it. You can see it in the video below at 4:03. What I mean is this effect when the camera is zooming out in, I would say, two different ways. Thanks for the help

looks like a dolly zoom as described here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolly_zoom

And just a few minutes ago someone posted how to do it without a zoom lens: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=127438
