AE To Flash with transparency

Im still new to AE, and was wondering if want to make a little animation in AE for use in flash project to retain transparacy of the background so when you import it into flash it will match what ever color background is being used in flash?

For example I'm trying some test using one of the ink bleed movies from VC riot gear. I turned the toggle transparency button so just the ink was showing with that transparency looking background, then rendered it and brought the flv in to flash but instead of transparent it showed the background.

I'm starting to guess if your using a mov or avi file in AE you can't render it transparent, I thought there was a way to remove backgrounds in flash cs3 and cs4 but I been searching around the net and haven't found anything on it yet either. If anyone knows the best solution to do this can they please post a link or advise here.

Thanks :)

Hello,
You have to export/render composition to flv with On2 VP2 codec with checked "encode alpha channel". But even with it, your flash video will weight more. Also you can export it to quicktime with transparency ;)
