Intel Core i7, 4 GB ddr3

I am having trouble installing it on my new computer for some reason and I'm not sure if it's because it's 64-bit or what, also I'm not the most familiar with Vista... Also now it won't let me uninstall or reinstall it says try at a later time, but I've restarted multiple times to no avail.. Can anyone please help me out here?

I have after effects installed on 64bit vista. Vista has a problem sometimes with permissions and stuff, so make sure that you right click the installer (.exe), go to "properties" and then to the "compatibility" tab and Make sure that the "privilege level" box is checked that says "run this program as administrator"

That usually solves most install problems vista has.

when you choose th location to install after effects, make sure you select the "program files x84" folder.
You can choose that from the after effects install window.
