Hey, guys, I can't render my comp,
something is wrong, how should I cope with this problem?

Could you please help me?

It sounds like you have an asset in your comp that's too large. Like, do you have a huge JPEG or something?

Well, I am using a template, and just loaded few photos , and changed them FIT TO COMP and that's all.

What should I do?

Not that.
Some of those images are much too large. Resize them down to a more reasonable size in Photoshop before you import them.
