Float your own threads?

Postby bwoogie on 08/4/2008, 1:11 pm

Hey forum masters!
Could you pretty please add a feature so that each user can float (sticky) his own threads. These of course will only be visible to the person who floated them. This is just so you dont have to dig through pages if you dont visit in a few days; your thread will be right at the top waiting for you.
Thanks for the consideration ;)
The reset button was my idea.

Yeah, you can do that.... but this is easier so you can just see, and watch for new replies.

This feature will not be implemented right now, if we do it at all. You can use the "view your posts" link at the top or you can subscribe to your topics.

ok, you're right... oooohh i just see, the admin has spoken :D
Well, i solved that , by adding my MSN mail adress to the board, so i get an MSN Message, right at the moment somebody replies 8-)

Ok, thanks for the reply...
Just one more point I'll make before I let this thread die.
Clicking "view your posts" helps a little but you still have to dig through every post you've made, your thread or not. Once you get into hundreds or more posts it'll be that much harder to find what you were looking for.

Not really. When you click on view your posts, it shows them all from newest to oldest. Also, ones with new posts in them have a red icon to the left and not a blue one.
