The explosion is good but you can really see that the man is in front of a green screen haha :D

I made this unintentionally. The green screen fell down, that's what caused his reaction.

you should try putting a bit of camera shake when the explosion happens, i think it would help sell the effect

Tried that but because the explosion is so far in the distance, would it REALLY shake the camera?

Since there was no time delay from the second the explosion happened to the time the sound got there... I would say it was big enough to shake the camera... or at least the person holding it.
The reset button was my idea.

nice, you should put the news titles over it and he could be a reporter or something. that would fix the greenscreen problem; maybe he is in another building and there is glass behind him, giving the harsh edge? 8-)
