Rosetta Stone is the one that is most advertised I believe. There are a lot of ways to learn. Rosetta Stone is more of a speaking environment while others are more of a textbook style of teaching.

Well, that's a weird question for the AE forum, but then again, who am I to judge?
Look, I am by no means a native, and have almost no formal english education whatsoever (other than what I was taught at school, which was negligible). The one and only way you can learn english is by listening to it, reading, writing, trying to speak it, that kind of things. It's a language, it's not math, and that's how you really learn it. I consider myself a self taught speaker, and I'm quite good at it.
I was your age when I first started really learning, and it's one of the skills I'm most proud of. It sure as hell isn't easy, but you only need time and loads of "sweat", nothing else.
What's your native language, if I may ask?

Then again, I'm not pro or against other means of learning, I'm just telling you mine works =)
Best of luck!

I'd go to somewhere like , find a copy of a classic book that you're already familiar with, and then find a corresponding Librivox audiobook version of it.

Say, for example; War Of The Worlds - the book is here - - and an audio version of it is here -

This way you'll be able to hear the pronunciation whilst you read along to note spelling, etc.

But you're already off to a damn good start. You're far more fluent in a foreign language than I was at your age!
