Corrupt Premiere H264 Exports

Postby TheFlak36 on 10/10/2016, 2:02 am

I've been trying to export an 90 min. long sequence from Premiere CS6 from three different computers.
I have not gotten a playable file yet.
I use Media Encoder to export from Premiere and each time I get a "Done" and no indication that there were any issues during the export. However when I try to open the file quicktime claims that it doesn't recognize the file type and VLC says the video is 0 mins 0 seconds long.

Have you tried without using AME and use directly from Premiere? While I understand it's basically the same it would be curious to see if it makes a difference.

You may also want to try just rendering part of the project and also try another codec to try and troubleshoot.

90 minutes of HD video is about 15 gig. Can your operating system file system handle a single file that big?
