I hope you're joking about it not being complicated.

The level of detail in that video is awesome. Layers upon layers that most people wouldn't even notice, not to mention trying to matchmove all of that.

No disrespect to Corridor Digital intended, I'm a huge fan of the videos they have managed to put together, Just the concept is fairly simple, as mentioned in the video, motion tracking that thing would've been a nightmare!

I wasn't a fan of this particular video actually. Everything goes by too fast and I could tell a lot of it was 2D planes. I feel like they tried to emulate carousel philips but didn't get it quite right.

I understand why some people think it dosent look all that great, yeah some of the 2d planes are obvious....
but i would like to add that they prob filmed and edited this in around 2 weeks and they in NO WAY had a motion rig for their camera ...
so considering, i still think this is impressive.

But just to emphasise, yeah im not saying your 'wrong' to say its not great, nobody's opinion is wrong, you just gotta consider other contributing factors too! =]
Thats my opinion :D

Looks great. That must have took ages composite, espesially for the time and budget they had.
