Hi, I'm basically do the same thing as what you are doing, but my AE runs quite choppy...~my computer is quite new so I think it must be a softeware setting problem~any help from you guys?

Hello Mr. Andrew. I need help. Your evolution dvd contains picture/snapshots of the templates made from after effects. I really need to know how to save a comp. or a frame into a JPEG or PNG format. I hope you could help. Thank you.
