The real 8mm film.mov is very amazing and the tutorial is awesome!.. It's what I want in my slideshow. Thanks a lot Andrew! Any tutorial for this 8mm film.mov... :) I'd really like to learn to create an old film movie. I tried but not conviencing :( and worst! I am newbie in after effects.

I have adobe CS5.5 and i downloaded the project files howevere when i tried to import the 8mm file to Adobe After Effects CS5.5 it says that the file is corrupted, i uninstalled and reinstalled my program and then downloaded the file again and it said the exact same thing. Tell me how i can fix this.
go the beggining of this were it says watch and to the right of that there is a box that says project files u can click on that and download the 8mm film
Emy, I want to thank you for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated. I did figure what I needed to figure out and how to get the file to work.

I downloaded the file from this site.... go to Tutorials->scroll down to the bottom to the wedding clip the second one

Hey Andrew, awesome tutorials! I am learning alot here as I would like to get into film-making and I thought after I did all these After Effects tutorials by the end of it, I would probably be a pretty decent editor. Cheers once again :)
This was my first experience with your tutorials. I am making a HS wrestling banquet recap and wanted to do a then and now (8th grade/senior)for our 2 captains. The old film and sepia were not only effective, but made the video. THANKS

I spent 5-6 hours per day in this site doing toturials, and i think after 2-3 months i will find me a cool job in my country:)
