Thanks Andrew! Mines came out great! I gave it a green sort of color because I thought it looked nice like emerald but it was a real fun project to do :) More 3ds max vids?

I'm using RayFire 1.58 but the ball just bounces. It wont break and I've followed the tutorial to the letter. Please help

never mind i know how to fix it! i cant fully explain but what i did is i went to fragmentation options on rayfire and i clicked on where it says "pick" and then clicked on "fragment impact objects" and it worked! i somehow clicked on something else to make it work but i dont remember best option to do is what i said on the top if that doesnt work click on the sphere you want to shatter then click on "pick" and click "fragment impact objects" thats how it worked for me :D

Yeah , i have the same problem . I'm using 3ds Max 2012 64bit on W7 OS and i have RayFire 1.57 plugin . Please could anyone help , how to fix it ? I've followed all steps like Simon.
