How do i make the pick whip option appear for the position xy. im using adobe cs4 and the tool aint apearing like it is on the tutorial

cant find and download 3D orbit tool... Please help. Im stuck. Thanx. And realy great Web site, tutorials. U need to open a school, clases or something. Im considering u as my teacher, because all i know about AE thanx to u. NEway now im stuck on my first big project, because of that 3D Orbit.

so with this i could made my owen arts so quieck
...but know there have another problem for me ...
because of i see this 3D Orbit Tools tutorial ,,,,this looks pretty good and thought about wanna learn this 3D Orbit Tools...but on the web i can't find your 3D Orbit plugin ...and can't download the plugin
so if you see this massege please give me detail about this plugin......how can i download this...
