Hi do any of you know some tutorials for creating any of these three things?

Is Link's sword and swoosh effects something you can make in AE?

the cards are element 3d...sacatter, position roation...the others...idk

It's a 3d video with a cell shader. Some of it can be done in Element. Again cards and sword and yes, the chain is 3d

You could use fractal field as a dissolve matte although not sure about the glow in the edges. I would personally use sapphire plugin but it's expensive.

The lines could be manually animated possibly with pins but I would look at a plugin from aaescripts. Most likely have something to make lines wiggle.

Realistically if you're asking all this I hope you're not copying it or worse started a job that may be too much.
