Creating these effects

Hello all,

Firsty I am a new member here so nice to meet you all, I am also in the early stages of learning AE. I work as a graphic designer and am looking to expand my skilset.

I have the basics down and understand the concepts that go along with animation (I think)

I want to start creating a series of explorations that are similar to the ones below on this instagram

I appreciate this may be a lots of techniques combined but I cant seem to find any resources that can explain how these simple(ish) animations are created.

Would anyone have some pointers for me?
