I would like to copy or doing something similar like the "negative" effect that it's in this photo.
Do you have any suggestion for that ?

It starts with good lighting in a good photograph.

Once you have that, you can get things like this with a gradient map effect.

Technology does the magic Feels like there's nothing you can't do with technology so guess this thread is a dead end
